The 2009 Comparative Analysis of Enterprise (Micro) Data (CAED) Conference will be held from Friday, October 2 to Sunday, October 4, 2009, in Tokyo (see full post).
Call for Papers Deadline: May 10, 2009, 15:00 GMT

CAED invites submissions of papers for its 9th conference in Tokyo on all research using enterprise micro data. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, resource reallocation and adjustment costs, productivity, information and communication technology, R&D, market competition, exit and entry dynamics, transition and development, labor issues, environment, corporate governance, corporate finance, trade, and linked employer-employee analysis. Submissions should be either a full paper with an abstract of 400-600 words, including a description of the data used in the analysis, or an extended abstract of 800-1600 words. A strong preference will be given to full papers (even if preliminary or incomplete) using data from multiple countries and/or from Asian countries. Authors chosen to present papers at this conference will be notified by June 1, 2009.
